Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty
We strive for affordable quality in every piece that we design, manufacture and/or sell through Modern Crowd and Metal Art Studio. As such, we stand behind every piece that leaves our studio, and offer a limited lifetime parts warranty on all of our products.
What is Covered?
Any parts or hardware that fail or quit working due to manufacturing defects are covered. This may include the clock mechanism, mounting brackets, or structural materials, for example.
What is NOT Covered?
Some examples of situations where the warranty would not apply might include (but not limited to) the following:
- Lost or stolen items
- General wear and tear
- Damage that occurs due to mishandling, dropping, storage, etc.
- Damage from water, flood, fire, excessive sun exposure, or natural disasters
SHIPPING DAMAGE: Damages that occur in shipping are not related to warranty claims, however we do ship everything fully-insured, so please visit our shipping page for instructions on how to report shipping damage and request a replacement. Please feel free to contact us for any additional questions, comments, concerns or special arrangements regarding our shipping methods and policies.
How Does it Work?
If you believe your situation merits a warranty claim, please email support@moderncrowd.com with details and photos of your item so we can quickly review and respond. In most cases a replacement part will be mailed out with instructions on how to swap it out on your item.

Please send all warranty claims to: support@moderncrowd.com - Use "Warranty Claim" as the subject line of your email, include a detailed description of what has occurred and why you believe it is a manufacturing defect, attach photographs of your damaged item, and include your name, phone number, and shipping address for the replacement parts.
